Return Policy for Chef's Knives

At Lagerstrom Home Goods, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our chef's knives. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items:

  • If your knife arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return for a damaged item, email us at lagerstromhomegoods at gmail dot com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos showing the damaged area(s).
  • Once we have reviewed and approved your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the knife.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and, if the damage is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sales are final for chef's knives that are not damaged upon arrival.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
